4g93 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 4g93 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein. These terms apply to all platform users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4g93 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 4g93 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. 4g93 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account found to belong to a user below the permitted age.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 4g93 platform. Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information during registration is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 4g93 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven that the access was unauthorised and reported within a reasonable timeframe.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 4g93 platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, not for any commercial or fraudulent activity.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or any tools that could disrupt or manipulate the operation of the platform.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or any internal systems of the platform without authorisation.
- Do not spread false information, harmful content, or engage in any conduct that could compromise other users or the integrity of the platform.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations when using the platform.
- Do not transfer or share your account with any other party.
Any breach of the above rules entitles 4g93 to suspend or close your account without prior notice and to forfeit any credit balance associated with the terms-violating activity.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposit
All financial transactions on the 4g93 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 4g93 is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and bank account validation. Users must ensure that the registered bank details are accurate and that the account name matches the name on their platform account. 4g93 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity while an investigation is in progress.
Refund
Deposits that have been credited to an account are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the 4g93 team, and all final decisions are binding.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
4g93 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 4g93 platform are the exclusive property of 4g93 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from 4g93.
Third-Party Links
The 4g93 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers. 4g93 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Amendment of Terms & Legislation
Account Suspension & Closure
4g93 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of: a breach of these terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to provide requested identity verification documents, or at the user's own request. Following account closure, any valid and unused funds will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Amendments to Terms
4g93 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Should any provision of this document be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
